Nick Cave, Warren Ellis, Martyn Casey and Jim Sclavunos 展開了新的樂隊，名為 Grinderman，而樂隊首張同名大碟將於3月5日經 Mute Records 出版。

另一方面，Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds 今個月29日亦會推出 The Abattoir Blues Tour 雙 DVD 及雙 CD 現場錄音大碟。DVD 包括2004年11月11日 Abattoir Blues 歐洲巡迴演唱倫敦 Brixton Academy 該站的表演，部分來自2003年6月7日 Nocturama 巡迴演唱 Hammersmith Apollo 一站的表演，與及樂隊來自之前兩隻大碟的所有音樂錄像。特別版除了包括以上雙 DVD 外，還將來自 Abattoir Blues 巡迴演唱不同表演的錄音，收錄在雙 CD 內。
