Oasis Take over BBC 6Music Selector

Oasis is the BBC 6Music Selector this year and they will take over the radio station on December 12.

Their choices included The Sex Pistols, The Beatles, The Kinks, Boards Of Canada, The Go! Team and Amy Winehouse. They have also commissioned one of their favourite band, The Coral, to record an exclusive four-track session in Noel Gallagher's studio.

During an interview by DJ Steve Lamacq, Liam Gallagher said, "I want to be bigger. I imagined we'd be a lot bigger than we are. I think there's a fucking genius album around the corner."
