The Beatles Announces <strong><em>Abbey Road</em></strong> 50th Anniversary Release

The Beatles has announced the 50th Anniversary edition of Abbey Road will be released on September 27 on 7 formats, super deluxe edition (3CDs + blu-ray + book), 2CD, 1CD, 3LP boxset, 1LP, single picture disc LP and super deluxe digital edition to stream or download in hi-res 96kHz/24-bit audio.
The album is again remixed and remastered by Giles Martin from the original multi-track tapes.

100-page hardback book with foreword by Paul McCartney; Giles Martin's introduction; track-by-track details and session notes by Kevin Howlett; and essay by David Hepworth; plus rare and previously-unpublished photographs, handwritten lyrics, sketches, letters, and a George Martin score
