On May 6, Blur finally played their first Hong Kong concert in 24 years at AsiaWorld-Arena. The band kicked off the show with "Girls & Boys". After the next song "Popscene" Damon Albarn said "Wow! It's taken us 24 years to come here." And later, he dropped the bombshell before the band played "Out Of Time", that the band would stay in Hong Kong for a week and try to record a new record. (And some lucky fans met the band in MTR trains, Temple Street and other places over town)
