Leslie Cheung over 12 years ago
American singer-songwriter Jason Mraz played AsiaWorld-Arena last night (June 24) to a full house of audience. Kicking off with "Everything Is Sound" from his latest album Love Is A Four Letter Word, the singer continued through hits from his four albums. He told the audience that he is celebrating his birthday (June 23) on the night, so he would "dedicate the concert to all the people who are going to have their birthdays in 2012".He also shared some stories behind certain songs. He told the audience how he wrote "You And I Both" on a Valentine's Day and dumping a girl before a Parachutes-period Coldplay concert on the same day. Before " Mr. Curiosity", he explained he would not be going out but going in to write a new song every birthday and that song is one of those.
Ending the main set with his major hit "I'm Yours", the singer and the band returned for three more songs during encore section. More photos this way.
