The Smashing Pumpkins Reveal <strong><em>Gish</em></strong> & <strong><em>Siamese Dream</em></strong> Reissue Details

The Smashing Pumpkins have revealed the details of the reissues of their first two albums, Gish (1991) and Siamese Dream (1993). They will be released on November 29 in America and Canada and December 5 for the rest of the world by EMI. The remastered albums will be available on single disc CD, vinyl, 2CD+DVD deluxe edition, standard/deluxe digital editions.

The band and EMI will reissue Pisces Iscariot (1994), Mellon Collie And The Infinite Sadness (1995 double album), The Aeroplane Flies High (1996 boxset) and Adore (1998) next year. In 2013, the 2000's albums Machina/The Machines Of God and Machina II: The Friends & Enemies Of Modern Music will be reissued under one package along with a new best-of compilation.

Beside this huge remaster/reissue campaign, the band is in the middle of an on-going release of 44-song Teargarden By Kaleidyscope since 2009 and Oceania, an album-within-album featuring 13 news songs by the big project, is pushed back for an early-2012 release date.
