Zee Avi Live In Hong Kong 2009-09-22

Malaysian singer-songwriter, Zee Avi will play live showcase her for the first time. She will hold a live showcase on September 22 at Yo Park California Red Karaoke.

Zee Avi posted her songs on YouTube for her friends who missed her live show in Kuala Lumpur. Her videos attracted many audience, and among them was Patrick Keeler of The Raconteurs, who forwarded the link to his band's manager Ian Montone. Zee Avi was later signed to Brushfire Records, which is partly owned by Jack Johnson. She has recently released her debut self-entitled album.

Tickets of the show will be available via hmv and details will be announced shortly.

Update (July 4): Tickets will be available at all hmv stores and online via www.hmv.com.hk at HK$200 as of this afternoon. If you buy Zee Avi's album at the store, you can get a ticket at HK$130.
