Noel Gallagher Quits Oasis (Again?)

Oasis's main creative force and guitarist Noel Gallagher has announced on Friday night (August 28) that he is quitting the band because he cannot work with brother and singer Liam Gallagher.

He wrote:

A STATEMENT FROM NOEL

28 August 2009

"It's with some sadness and great relief to tell you that I quit Oasis tonight. People will write and say what they like, but I simply could not go on working with Liam a day longer.

"Apologies to all the people who bought tickets for the shows in Paris, Konstanz and Milan."

It is not known whether the band will carry on without Noel or will Noel's departure be temporary. Well, this is not the first time Noel quits Oasis, he quitted the band in 1994, 1996, 2000 and 2007.
