The piano man, Billy Joel, played his first ever Hong Kong concert last Wednesday (November 12) at AsiaWorld-Arena. The show started at 20:30 with "Angry Young Men". The new 007 film seems to have caught his attention, and he played the James Bond main theme twice throughout the show. His energy did not run dry quickly and he often pretended to kung fu fighting with the audience and the other bandmates.

Mid-way through the main set, he asked the audience if they knew American Idol and introduced that a roadie will sing the next song. "You can vote him off stage if you want," he said. Billy Joel picked up his electric guitar and led the band into a cover of AC/DC hit, "Highway To Hell", sung by roadie Chainsaw.
