Sigur Rós Ready Concert Film & Compilation Album

Sigur Rós will release their first concert film, Heima, on November 5 via EMI Records. Heima, which means "homeland" and "at home" in Icelandic, was shot in various locations during the band's 2006 tour and features songs from all four Sigur Rós albums.

On the same day, a double compilation album Hvarf-Heim will also be released by EMI Records. The first disc Hvarf features new studio recordings of three unreleased songs and a re-working of "Von" from their debut album. The second disc Heim features six acoustic versions of songs from their albums, recorded during their tours last year.
