On November 13, Atlantic Records/Rhino will release Mothership, a 24-track best-of. The tracks for which were chosen by surviving members Robert Plant, Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones, represents all eight of the band's studio albums. There will be a 2-CD standard set, a deluxe edition comes with the standard 2-CD and a bonus live DVD, a collector's edition features the deluxe edition content in a limited package. It will also be released in a 4-LP vinyl edition.

A week later, on November 20, Warner Home Video will release The Song Remains The Same concert film on DVD and Atlantic Records/Rhino will release the new 2-CD soundtrack with previously unheard songs.

The DVD features fully remixed and remastered 5.1 sound and 40 minutes of bonus material. The bonus features unreleased takes on Zep classics, a BBC sit-down with Robert Plant and manager Peter Grant, footage from the Drake Hotel robbery that took place during the shooting of the film's concerts, and a Cameron Crowe radio show.

The new soundtrack album features 6 previously unreleased takes on Zep classics from the three-night Madison Square Garden run from which the original album was recorded.
