Speed Racer is a live action film adaptation of the 1960s Japanese animated series of the same name. It also sees the Wachowski Brothers back in the director's role since The Matrix trilogy. Starring Emile Hirsch as Speed Racer, a natural born racer, the film's cast includes Christina Ricci as Speed Racer's girlfriend, Trixie, Matthew Fox as the mysterious Racer X.
