Disney Officially Acquires Twenty-First Century Fox

The Walt Disney Company has announced that the company is acquring Twenty-First Century Fox, Inc.. That means X-Men, Fantastic Four and Deadpool film rights are finally under the same roof (presumably Marvel Studios' Marvel Cinematic Universe), while Disney also gains properties like Avatar, The Simpsons, Alien, Predator, AvP, Planet Of The Apes, Ice Age, The X-Files... to name a few. This makes Disney's status as entertainment empire much more concrete.
The deal also lets Disney get control of streaming service Hulu (sorry, Hong Kong is not covered by them). With plans of Disney launching its own streaming service in 2019, this expansion of assets certainly gives Disney a huge advantage in market share of streaming service.
