Netflix Launches In 130 Territories Including Hong Kong And Taiwan

At CES 2016 keynote tonight (January 6 US time) in Las Vegas, USA, Netflix CEO Reed Hastings announced that the company has launched into additional 130 territories which include Hong Kong and Taiwan. Hurray!

There are three monthly plans available which provide SD, HD and Ultra HD formats, with monthly fee starting from HK$63.

However, the service is not available in Mainland China. "The Netflix service has gone live in nearly every country of the world but China," Hastings says, "where we hope to also be in the future."
