First <strong><em>Suicide Squad</em></strong> Clip Shown During Comic-Con Panel

Between presentation of The Man From U.N.C.L.E., Pan, and Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice during Warner Bros.' San Diego Comic-con panel, director David Ayer and the cast of Suicide Squad stormed the attendees with a short clip of the film.

While we await the clip to be released online, here is the trailer description.

The clip begins with Amanda Waller (Viola Davis) having dinner meeting with her fellow colleagues. She introduces her idea of putting together a Task Force X, and the dialogue cuts back and forth with scenes of an underground or top secret facility.

Amanda Waller: It's taken some work but I finally have what we need. The worst of the worst.

General: Where?

Amanda Waller: Let's just say I put them in a hole and threw away the hole.

General: There's rumors, Amanda, that some of them have... abilities.

Amanda Waller: Oh yeah. I have seen things. Maybe Superman was some kind of beacon for them to creep back from the shadows. I want to assemble a task force of the most dangerous people on the planet who I think can do some good.

General: They're bad guys.

Amanda Waller: Exactly. And if anything goes wrong we blame them, we have plausible deniability.

General: What makes you think you can control them?

Amanda Waller: Because getting people to act against their own self interest is what I do for a living.

Then, we can see Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie) hanging upside down in her cell like an acrobat. El Diablo (Jay Hernandez) lights up and puts out a match. Deadshot (Will Smith) punching a sandbag. Killer Croc (Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje) is strapped. Harley asks softly Amanda Waller, "Are you the devil?"

Then there's some gun fights, and Deadshot jumping off a building. Quick shots of other members like Killer Croc, Slipknot (Adam Beach), Captain Boomerang (Jai Courtney), and Enchantress (Cara Delevingne).

Deadshot: So that's it, huh? We're the patsies. We're some kind of Suicide Squad. Let's go save the world.

Then there's a shot where Deadshot hugs presumably his daughter. Joker (Jared Leto) and Dr. Harleen F. Quinzel (before her transformation as Harley Quinn) having some intimate moment. Close-up look on Killer Croc. Harley pretends her baseball bat is a shotgun. Katana (Karen Fukuhara) draws her sword while running.
