Independence Day 2 Officially Titled Resurgence

The long-awaited sequel to 1996's Independence Day is now officially titled Independence Day: Resurgence. The story takes place in 2016, where human harvested on the alien technology to form Earth Space Defense, headed by director David Levinson (Jeff Goldblum), to protect Earth from alien invaders.
