Moomin Cafe Hong Kong Shop Is Opening Tomorrow

The first overseas shop of Moomin Cafe will be open tomorrow at LCX Harbour City. We joined an early preview tour of the restaurants and let's guide you through it.

When you first arrived at the shop, you will see the Moomin's family house with Moominpappa and Moominmamma welcoming you to enter.

You will arrive at the Moomin's family house first, which includes some tables and drawings of characters near the ceiling wall.

Here we will see the first character to dine with you, Little My, which is also one of the three exclusive characters of the Moomin Cafe HK. You cannot find these three in the Tokyo shop.

Moving inwards, we reached the garden section.

There are many real nice drawings on the walls.

Moomin and Snufkin are here waiting for you in the garden.

Snufkin is also the second exclusive character for Hong Kong shop.

The open cafe bar is designed as a home kitchen.

See how hungry Moominpappa is... The shop provides various Western and Finnish dishes.

Hattifatteners are the third exclusive character for Hong Kong shop.

There are three sets of menu - lunch, tea-time and dinner.

This is a tasty grilled salmon with goat cheese!

This is a tradition Finnish dish, which is actually bread with milk and risotto.

Dessert! Pancakes with berries, and there are mousse cake, jelly and cheese cakes inside the different cups that made up the house.
