Chan Hung Lit 1943-2009

Long time actor, Chan Hung Lit, died of heart attack today at the age of 66. Before the shooting for the TV sitcom this afternoon, he suffered from angina and was rushed to Tseung Kwan O Hospital, but unfortunately announced dead at 19:10.

Chan Hung Lit was born in Shanghai in 1943, and moved to Hong Kong in 1949 due to the war. He joined acting school run by Shaw Brothers Studio in 1962 and then enjoyed a successful acting career on silver screens. In the recent years, he joined TVB and played parts in many TV dramas.
