<b><i>Watchmen</i></b> Topped US Box Office

Adapted from Alan Moore (shhh... he wants to be uncredited in related to the film) and Dave Gibbons's masterpiece, the Zack Snyder-directed Watchmen has topped the US box office and took US$55.7m (~HK$432m) and scored the biggest opening weekend of 2009 so far.

The film has just opened in local cinemas today, with most cinemas showing the cut, category IIB version. Only UA / BEA IMAX is showing the uncut, category III version. It is up to you to choose which version to experience the moral-shocking, superhero deconstruction tale.
