Caught in the vicious cycle of sex trafficking, Joy is charged with guiding new teenager Precious into the backstreets of Vienna. A veteran herself, Joy struggles to pay off her debts to her vindictive pimp and regain custody of her daughter. Yet, her hopes remain futile even as she becomes a police informant.
