Speechless 2011

One day, a westerner is found naked on a riverbank in a remote part of southern China. He remains silent in the hospital, and seems being haunted by nightmares and scenes from the past. Despite losing the ability to speak, the westerner is still able to form a strange bond with the hospital's orderly, Jiang, who decides to rescue the westerner when he is about to be transferred to the mental asylum. Jiang takes the westerner to his uncle's village, and accidentally discovers the reason behind his silence...
