Lopsided policies of government, business monopolies in control of the market… Facing this scenario, people in Hong Kong can do nothing but grief. The post-70s Ming decides to rely on the Comprehensive Social Security Assistance and enjoy his jobless and trouble-free life. One day Ming meets the young prostitute Wai and soon Wai moves into Ming's place. Unfortunately a man raped Ming. With the support of Wai, Ming is able to pull himself together. After that they decide to do drug smuggling in order to earn big money, enable them to start a new life in China. However, things never go smooth for them. The worst is yet to come.
